Khadka and other teammates with the fan - ESPNcricinfo |
Paras Khadka, captain of Nepal cricket team, is very hungry to take the team in a higher level as he had done in the past like that runout which led Nepal to its maiden ODI victory by just one run. His main aim is to play a 50 over World Cup and make Nepal a test playing country. Paras, Gyanendra, Sompal each having their first ODI half-century are among the players to watch out for in this qualifier tournament. The spin sensation Sandeep Lamichhane, who is currently troubling the Caribbean batsman, is ready to make a roar with his leg spin and googly. He is currently listed in the ODI ranking along with Gyanendra Malla and Sompal Kami and is now a threat to many batsmen. Unfortunately, Sharad Vesawkar, the middle-order batsman, will be missing this qualifier tournament because of his finger injury.

Jagat Tamata had mentioned in a recent interview that the Nepal cricket is ready to challenge every big team. But before the Asia Cup, Nepal team need to face other teams not considering them to be light. Their match against UAE will be played as an ODI and all other will be List A. Nepal is one of the favourites in this tournament and huge expectations are in this team from 30 million plus crazy fans.
I will take this compliment as an encouragement :-) keep supporting

DeleteA very good article. Well placed details. Intriguing.
ReplyDeleteYou should have mentioned the word 'cardiac kids' just once. Repeating a unique word twice makes a reader feel like- you wanna make sure the reader gets the word, and that dulls the notion. Plus, combining sentences can be tricky sometimes and can cause errors too. Few grammatical errors, but hardly noticeable.
Overall, appreciative.
Whoever you are, thankyou for making me realize my mistakes. I will come next time considering all your concerned points.
